Production
Our agriculture is based on the respect for the environment and the aim of maintaining its natural conditions.
The Organic Farming Council in the Region of Murcia controls and certifies ROSMARINUS wines as organic, which, together with the traditional line CARRASCALEJO, are produced under the rules of the D.O. Bullas.
The rocky and gravelly soils, an annual ratio of precipitation of 350mm, and the close influence of the Mediterranean Sea, make the ideal conditions to obtain high quality wines.
Our vineyards cover an area of 73 hectares, being the genuine Monastrell the predominating variety, with vines over 40 years old. We also grow Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Tempranillo, Merlot and Garnacha, which mixed in the right proportions, enhance the virtues of the local variety, with the result of wines with strong personality.
